How is our life with charcater strenghts:

Having character strenghts in my life make´s it better in better ways.

• Having Self-control helps me when i am having a fight with someone, it makes the fight end quickly.
• Social intelligence make´s me have a good relationship with people.
• Curiosity makes me know new things everyday.
• Grit helps me in my classes.
• Zest make´s me be a better person.

This is how character strenghts improve my life!

A problem in wich we didn´t use character strenghts:

One day my mom started getting angry with me beacuse of nothing, i replied to her that she shouldn´t be mad at me for no reason. 

We started fighting and she was like:

At the end she grounded me.

I realized that if I had used self-control the thinghs would have gone differently.

A situation in wich we used character strenghts :

So, you know school can be very stressful, we use character strenghts everyday, this is a situation we face everyday.

The difficult classes, The upcoming exams, the math and physics class, The projects of spanish and also, our friends.

The character strenghts are very important in school life, so we apply them everyday :)

-Curiosity: She is very curious and always wants to know more about thinghs.

• Character Strenghts that make me a good students:

-Curiosity: I need to have curiosity so I can always learn new things.
-Grit: If I didin´t have grit I will fail my clases.
-Self-Control: I have a lot of self-control in math and physics class.

• Situation involving Character Strenghts:

One time I had to use grit in a dance class, i didn´t Know the steps well so i had to make an extra effort to learn them. This really helped me in the class.
